Storytime

Pre-School Storytime provides a happy and relaxed learning experience for you and your child. There are a few guidelines to ensure that everyone enjoys the sessions.

  • Arrive on time so that you child does not miss anything and stories aren't interrupted.

  • Remain quiet yourself during the stories and film. Talking adults easily distract small children and make it difficult for the storyteller to manage the group.

  • Listen and participate yourself. Follow up the activities at home. Retell the stories. Play the games.

  • Sit with your child if he or she is under three. Young children are not socialised enough for group listening. If your child's attention wanders you can gently (or enthusiastically!) encourage him or her to listen. If your child becomes too restless quietly leave the area.

Storytime is held on the second Wednesday of every month from 10.30am – 11.30am.

Tuesday Baby Bounce Sessions
