Strathfield Library and Information Services operates from two locations: Main Library at Rochester Street Homebush and Branch Library at High Street Strathfield.
The Library Service offers:

- Photocopying (black and white and colour) and fax services
- Pre-School Storytime
- Holiday Activities
- Reading Groups
Council Customer Services at Main Library provides seven day per week access to Council services including paying rates and general Council payments, Council Inquiries and access to Council forms.
