Community Voice - Michael Mynett
As a Strathfield Cricket Club volunteer for over 20 years I enjoy helping my local sporting club as it is helping young people and adults alike to participate in sport. The club is very much a community organisation that was started in 1982 and is based at Airey Park, Homebush. I get an immense amount of satisfaction out of coordinating the junior club as it’s most rewarding to see them improve and gain more confidence as the season progresses.
If you are interested in learning more about our club or would like sign up for the next in2Cricket skills program commencing 17 November, for children aged 5-8 years please call 9797 7229.
