Strathfield Town Centre Concept Master Plan now on Public Exhibition The Strathfield Town Centre Final Draft Concept Master Plan will be on public exhibition for six weeks from Thursday 7 August.
In addition, Council will host three Public Information Sessions to present and explain the Draft Final Concept Master Plan. Strathfield South Community and Library CentreThe Strathfield Branch Library closed on Friday, 18 July after Council approved the construction of the new Strathfield South Community and Library Centre. The approved facility will retain and enhance branch library services, as well as providing meeting facilities that allow the community to participate in meetings, activities, classes and functions. Council has made arrangements to ensure users of the High Street Branch Library are not inconvenienced during construction works. OurRiver - Cooks River Sustainability Initiative

The Cooks River Sustainability Initiative is a partnership between eight councils – Ashfield, Bankstown, Canterbury, City of Sydney, Hurstville, Marrickville, Rockdale and Strathfield and is focused on six local areas within the Cooks River catchment.
