Strathfield Local Environmental Plan 2012

The Strathfield Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2012 is Council’s principal planning instrument for the Strathfield Local Government Area. It guides new development through land use zonings and sets out standards for how land may be developed. Additional provisions relate to the conservation of Strathfield’s heritage and the protection of environmentally sensitive areas.

The Strathfield LEP 2012 was gazetted on 15 March 2013 and commenced on 29 March 2013. The Strathfield LEP 2012 written instrument and maps are provided below.
